An oyster guzzling, cheese hoarding, wine lover with a hunger to learn more about the hospitality industry.. I still believe that du Vin was a catalyst for where I am today.

Event: Seafood Dinner at Cheval Blanc, Moseley

I have a love-love relationship with oysters, if there are oysters on a menu I must have one. If I am travelling through Europe, I must find an oyster bar. I also know the word for oyster in many European languages..hmmm.

Food: Sabai Sabai, Harborne

Sabai translates to happy, comfortable and relaxed. Eating good food often leaves me feeling this way. I guess Sabai Sabai, is what hygge is to the Danish. This is my Sabai Sabai blogger review.
